What to expect
In the final episode of our International Women's Day series, we're looking at how to pay it forward: How can we take what we've learnt and use that to inspire, support and promote the future generations of women in our industry and beyond.
When it comes to encouraging others, often the first step is to make sure we're celebrating ourselves too. In this episode, we hear how these brilliant women are owning their success and throwing a glorious spotlight on the achievements of women in this world. From tips on mentorship, the importance of sponsors and some conversation about the initiatives these women are already involved in, this is an inspiring end to a series we've loved making.
