It all began with us wanting to have the power of choice when it comes to online sales. The power of choice means owning the data and being able to adapt and develop based on the insights you get from it. Before, we depended on third party websites listing stock cars together with every other car brand out there like a restaurant menu. That is not good enough anymore. To exceed customer expectations, we need to keep them in our own channels all the way to conversion and dealer purchase.
